In early April I had an auction on eBay and went to try to pay. PayPal requires that I pay for itGBP1 with a password that was sent to my statement to verify that I am the account holder that I did was to deliver. This was paid on April 2. Also, I asked the details of my bank account (and not just my Visa card, which are held for a very long time, complete). I did this. Paypal then do not deduct the full amount of the commodity, but forwards it to seller. Because of the delay with Paypal I anger the seller for the goods, even if it causedbeen within his rights not to forward now to regard the delay. Last week I went to another eBay auction to win. I have been informed by eBay (the parent company of Pay Pal), that money had been deducted from my account and the seller. However, it was not just the provider contacted me to say that Paypal was transferred, I stopped to find the truth.
